How do I merge my accounts?

If you have multiple accounts, it is not possible to merge them.  Please choose which one to keep and any additional ones will be deleted.

  • Contact the Mediapharm helpdesk with the following details;
  • Name of user
  • User's organisation,  store name and location
  • Username of the account to be retained
  • Username of the account(s) to be deleted.

Confirmation will be e-mailed to the requester.
