Improved Password Reset Routine

What have we done?
We have added two security questions to all accounts. The security questions are accessed via a new block that will appear on your learning homepage.

Why have we done this?
Feedback from learners has highlighted that forgotten passwords are a big problem, and people don't want to have to ask their manager or e-mail the helpdesk to reset them.

We've listened and set up a means of resetting your password from the login page, using information known only to you.

What do I have to do?
Click on the Update Profile link (see below) and complete the fields on your user profile as prompted. That's it.
